Right now it is set to stay on when you close it. It can be set to hybernate or turn off

like I said it's old so it turns off if it's too hot or been on a while. it does play DVDs. the outside looks very nice. it's been kept in a case and still looks pretty new.

it runs basic programs. too much makes it very slow. it's old so I figured most people would want it for the parts or to upgrade it on their own. I'm not too computer savvy.

you can set it to stat on, hybernate, or turn off.

I'm sorry I'm only on on my phone. it keeps me logged in. the screen I'm not sure I'm not home. the turn off is usually after an hour or two.
