I really dont know what its made out of but its thick and a little heavy its about 19 inches high and maybe 6 inches wide

ok I will gladly ship it as long as the buyer pays but I am new at this and everytime I calculate the price on the USPS app on my phone it comes out a crazy price can you please tell me what's the beat way to calculate shopping because right now I'm getting shipping for this item costing between $15 and $20 and I don't ship things so this just seems crazy expense... please tell me if I'm doing something wrong or if it's right
