This is an electric candle warmer that can also be used to keep your cup of coffee, hot cocoa or even hot tea warm. You can place any jarred candle with or without the wick on the warmer and it will melt the candle to a state of liquification. This is much safer than a flame candle and it lengthens the life of your candle. You can also place a candle holder on it and melt down any kind of candle melts such as the scentsy melts. I've had this candle warmer about a year or so. I bought 3 or 4 for gifts and this one for myself. I used it twice and then it went to the cabinet.
