PLEASE BE VERIFIED!!! I betcha don't see these very often !! You put your hair in a ponytail and then take this and twist around your ponytail to desired length. I've had this for a very and I do mean very, long time :-) It's a black with gold sparkle cloth cord with a wire inside and you twist it to how you want it. On the ends are gold toned stars and beads. It's 11" long not counting the beads so you can wrap it up anyway you like. I only ship within the U.S. I only ship on Fridays.
