The listing, New Totes rain scarf has ended.

I don't like to carry an umbrellas around. At first I was hesitant to buy it, I was afraid it would be to plasticky. You know like Grandmas rain scarfs:) but I bought it anyway and there soft like a scarf. I really love mine and they dry really fast. I went back and bought a couple more:)
