This is an embroidery kit, not needlepoint. Is the design stamped on the material?

It looks to me that the kit contains either the cherry or the pear patterns. The number on the side will tell you which one.

yes, that's correct. It's a cherry one and the pear on the other. No stamped print on the fabric. The numbers are 1639 and 1640
