Yes u have to wait i think around 15 or 17 days after u win to report them... you have to give them 7 days to send your item out but if u dont get it you ask for a refund and listia will refund your credits... its just that some new people get on listia and list something then for some reason they forget or just dont follow through. But you can look at the sellers feedback before you bid and if they have a high percentage and good feedback your pretty much gaurenteed to get your item. So dont be afraid to bid lol. Just be weary of newcomers that dont have any feedback yet. Even if u take the chance and bid on someone with 0 feedback and they never send it you just request a refund so no worries! You will just have to wait a while for the request to be processed so you can get your credits back. By the way welcome to listia! I started last november and ive won so much cool stuff! Its totally worth the time :)

I came here because I'm a big freebie hunter and someone suggested this site. I've read a lot of bad reviews on Yahoo Answers, so I'm not investing real money just yet. But I have a TON of stuff that I've had laying around so this helps me get awesome stuff from stuff that's just...eh. LOL. It seems like very few auctions end with no winner here...which is good! I'm gonna fan you so we can stay in touch! You're officially my Listia helper lol.

Yes im pretty sure that you still get the credits even if they spend them. Ive only had like 2 items out of 40 auctions that i won where i had to request my credits back. And as far as money goes... i havnt spent a dime on listia and i have won so much cool stuff! Most of the stuff i sell on here is either handmade, stuff i dont want or items from the dollar store! Lol its really great! And another tip- you will get more bids by offering free shipping. I would only request money for shipping if you auction off something that is very expensive. And once you start getting feedback you will be able to do more stuff with your auctions like offer GIN (get it now) which is basically the same thing as buy it now on ebay. Some one can buy it right away for a set amount of credits. And thanks for fanning me :) ill fan u back and if u need help or have a question u can just message me, ill be happy to help!
