Very Nice Vintage Bike!
It rides excellent, without issues.
I don't know the history of the bike.
It does have some slight normal rust here and there.
The tires are inflated and strong (no leaks)
Measurement: APPROXIMATELY Seat - chain 20" & tires top - bottom 18"
You can pick the bike up (15701 zip code) or I can ship it.

if someone GIN's it be good for you to cover some of the cost. check with UPS rather then USPS you get better deals with UPS and i think there pack it for you.
