Hi! I got these when I was thirteen... I had another one that was super cute, but lost it because it was still pretty big around my wrist. So here's my other one that I was too afraid to lose and only worn once. This is about 7 inches. The charm is like a silver plated tag with loose cherries--both connected to each other, if that makes sense, so that it makes one charm.

I don't think so... because the chain itself is 7 inches long.. and if it is connected it should be about 3.5 inches.. and I'm not sure about it being wrapped around the wrist.
