Hi Anne, yes you pay for the item with your points/credits and only have to pay shipping with actual money. Shipping to your zip will be $12.78 (this is actual cost from the post office}. It is always more costly to ship from east to west as you can see in the comments below (8.60 to ship from Va to Ct). Thank you for your interest Anne.
