Preowned. Fit me a bit snug, so getting rid of it. It is still new unused. I did have it stored in a drawer for a few months though, so there is no returning it at this point. I don't have the original box it came in. I usually throw away that stuff.

What size cup would it fit cause I am a C38

This actually sits underneath your bra line and gives them a little lift. It does not have cups, so it is pretty flexible with cup sizes. The second picture shows how it is supposed to look on. Although the manufacturer states medium will fit a 38, I found it to be a bit snug, almost corset-like.

I believe the claims are that it does. My opinion is that there is a chance it does. When my boobies are up in the air, it makes my shoulders want to lift more, which in turn makes my posture better. Maybe it will work that way for you too.
