this is a blue Nintendo 3DS game card holder - it holds up to four game cards, and I believe can store regular Nintendo DS games as well (I'm not sure if they're different from each other or not). the bottom right corners of the front of the holder have what seem to be torn edges, as seen in the third photo. There are small scratches all around the holder except for on the inside, and more noticeable scratches on the back top right corner of the holder, as seen in the fourth photo. Protects well!
