I apologize for being defensive. I am an honest person. I could've just answered yes, but I have not had any jewelry tested. Who can afford to have each piece of a lot of silver jewelry professionally appraised? Is anyone doing that to sell silver?
I pay for all of my auction's shipping out of pocket on a VERY limited budget. I risk buyers claiming they never got certain flat pieces of jewelry I send w out tracking to save shipping costs but I don't just auction jewelry and shipping is outrageously expensive + $1.per item for tracking. Any jewelry USPS w tracking is approx. $3. I cant afford to have dozens of pieces professionally appraised (is anyone auctioning silver on listia doing this? How can they afford it?) so I am going by 925 as sterling, S925 as silverplated and no markings but advertised as Tibetan silver as Tibetan silver. SS as Stainless Steel. I'm not trying to cheat anyone. I'm not a professional. I like jewelry so I can tell if plating is cheap n shiny that its plated but if a piece is well done, looks
sturdy n not cheap n is stamped 925 I can't tell if its a counterfeit piece. This ring is beautiful. Its stamped 925 n I believe it. Could I be wrong? Yes,, I'm not jeweller n I have no testing knowledge or equipment. I guess u should bid at your own risk.

Omg.. These ppl are crazy. Expecting to pay nothing and get gold. Why can't ppl just take this for what it is.. An opportunity to get a beautiful ring with nothing out of pocket. F&w!

the sterling items you offer.... did you test them or just go by the 925 stamp?
curious because lately i been dealing with people claiming sterling but turns out it was sterling plated jewelry.... please dont take offense of my question it is an honest one.

U question the authenticity of my jewelry and my integrity by asking if I've had it tested right in the middle of my auction knowing if I'm an honest person I'll have to admit not having my jewelry tested raising doubts of my current & possible future bidders. I have 3 items marked 925, 2 silverplated items, & a Tibetan silver item. I'm obviously not trying to pass off my plated silver as sterling & I explain in detail what Tibetan silver is n how it differs from sterling. But since u bid on my silverplated earrings u know I'm not claiming my plated jewelry is solid but have asked your question on my 925 SILVER auction where u placed no bid.
I have to wonder if your intention is just to sabotage my auction to keep ppl from bidding up so u can swoop in, bid w little competition &win for low points at the end. U seem to just want to raise doubts but not ur bids!
