Antique Table lighter. As shown in pic 3 it does work. On the bottom of the lighter it has A.T.C. Japan. I do not know what the a.t.c. means. My father started collecting lighters and many other things and has decided to down size. So my dad decoded to give this to me and with young children I doubt it'll ever be put on table and I won't use. I rather see it go to a home that wants it and sees its beauty.
