Creme hair color with silk & keratin protein. Beautiful Green hair color. A small amount was used for a peek-a-boo highlight, I would say the tube is more than 3/4 full.

I'm not sure, we used it on med brown hair and the color showed (though it wasn't a BRIGHT color). There is no lift to this color so I would imagine the lighter the hair the more vivid the color.
