I am not 100% sure that this is tulle. It does not say it but that is certainly what it looks like. :-) If it is not tulle it is some really really wide ribbon!

You get 25 Yards and it is 6 Inches wide...

Shipping
1. I can not pay for it. I am sorry. I will ship the lowest way possible or you can ask for priority mail if you like. I have the envelopes/boxes for that too.

2. I can remove the ribbon from the spool to make it cheaper/easier to mail.

3. I ship on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I will let you know, when you win, when it should go out and if it changes you will be informed.
