Is this full color...kind of like a Nook?

No this is not full color like the Nook Color. But the battery life is a lot better than the Nook. Since you are going to have to charge the Nook more, which means the battery will die out sooner. As far as what I know the Nooks battery cannot be replaced. The Kindle has been top rated in many reviews. But I have never personally owned a Nook so I couldn't tell you which one would be the one to get.

Ok let me start off by saying that I will go ahead and send you that photo but if I don't get to it today, I will definitely get it to you by tomorrow. This was probably flagged because of the stock pic and you are just trying to help me out by putting up a real pic for me, which I thank you very much. But I would like to know what rule I am breaking because I just read all the rules and I couldn't find anything that said I couldn't use a stock photo. Now if you are questioning if I actually have the item, I couldn't find a rule that said I can't auction off something and then send it to the winner from like Amazon for example. Isn't that what Listia does with their auctions. Feel free to respond here so that people know what I did wrong and prevent them from doing the same mistake. Thank you

by the way on my kindle the internet is slow, but it could be that i have a very sad WI-FI connection. :P

It is possible. You can try and reset your connection by unplugging your modem and router then plug in your modem first then wait until all the lights are on (usually about 2 minutes) then plug in your router and wait for all the lights come on. That helped my connection. Now my Kindle runs nice and smooth. Hope that helps if you try it out.

i have a kindle! i LOVE it!!!! it is easy to download books, there are THOUSANDS of free books, i believe (or at least it seems like it ;)). having a kindle is so cool, and it has tons of games that are free, like minesweeper, and a couple word-searches, and a word jumble, and others but i cant think of what they are at the moment. whoever wins this is so lucky, i bought mine but i wush i could have gotten it here on listia. if only i had looked on here first.

I just got mine a couple weeks ago too and it's great. I haven't got to the gaming part of it but I am going to have to try it out. And you're right, it is so user friendly to download those free books. I am so happy with it. That's why I wanted to put one up for someone else that didn't have one to enjoy. Anywhere from FREE to I think the most expensive I have seen is about $25. Amazon has those Sunshine Deals where they have over 600 books for .99, 1.99, and 2.99 for download.
