It’s a commemorative puck from a diner in his honor on September 19th 1990. It was held at the in Upper Arlington Ohio for the benefit of the Upper Arlington Hockey association. Gretzky actually attended this function as he had a very good friend that lived in that area and was involved with the hockey program there. I got this puck from one of the attendees of this event many years ago. I have added pictures here for your inspection
