This is a brand new phone. We found some of our workers smoking around some areas of warehouse, which we don't allow, as many customers do not like "smoke smell". Thus, we moved quite a few items over to either place on auctions elsewhere or here on Lista.
I do not believe "smoke" is going to penetrate a phone. However, the packaging box which we use "recycled" from other areas such as AMZ warehoused products may have the smoke smell.
Some folks said I was crazy for not selling these outright, but hey, I just want to be fair and honest with anything I sale or "giveaway", and so far I like this site and people on it!
If you are looking for a good BRAND NEW second phone, here it is...great backup phone.
