The listing, Block of 4 International Botanical Congress stamps has ended.

I received a bunch of stamps and don't have the time to research every nuance of them to lilst for collectors. I would say these are in pristine condition - the kind you get when you go to the post office to buy them. If there are flaws, I will point them out.

Block of four International Botanical Congress Stamps include Douglas Fir, Lady's Slipper, Ocotillo, and Franklinia stamps. Issued in 1969. Plate block number on top left.
