Got this for my daughter for her birthday. Was used a few times but now won't turn on. Screen is fair. Maybe you can get it to work. You will need a charger.

We tried everything. I did talk to someone who said charger hole might need fixed.

try putting it on the charger for 3 hr's then hold power button for 5 sec.
