What does the $4.00 flat rate include? Seems a bit high for such a light item. This also qualifies as media mail with the USPS, which generally is a less expensive way to ship.

well im not sure how much it will cost. it is a pretty big case and i dont want to tell you a lower price then it is. So ill find out be4 the auction ends and will tell the winner the exact price.

Thats great! Have mailed items similar to this and they really do not weigh much so the cost is generally less than $4.00 You also have the option of shipping as meda mail through the USPS. Cost should be pretty much the same anywhere in the US, if you find out the cost, can you post the amount as a comment? Thanks so much.
