Just at the very bottom in the red stripe it says 9-13lbs.It doesn't mention anything about dogs.

I have pics of he back of the package which explains how to use them.They look pretty narrow like a cats claw,where a dogs might be a little wider and rounder.Your guess is as good as mine........
