It is Lenwile # 7121 and is from Ardalt Japan. this dish measures aprox. 8 1/2 inches from handle to handle, 5 inches across, and is 1 1/2 inches tall. This dish is in very good to excellent condition and is without any chips, cracks, flea bites, or repairs.
