I used 2 steak and 2 paring knives, but I got to looking at my inventory of kitchen wares and had more than enough utensils. Knives have been inspected by me andd declare nm to mint condition.

Thanks :) My husband threw my last set away (the entire set) because one broke on me while using it and cut me pretty bad... so now I am only allowed to purchase full tang knives.

Oh my! Im going to be honest, surgical steel is made thin. There is full tang, but most of these knives have ?surratted?-jagged edges and are meant for sawing. A dull knife is a dangerous knife. These will keep an edge, but I wouldn't try cutting frozen items.

Nothing on the box, but I just now tried to bend the handle on one and could not. It feels the metal continues near the bottom of the handle.
