If this is a sata hard drive it may be worth it.
It is still in use today as storage drives...

If this is IDE it works for older computers...

However, hard drives have gotten relatively cheaper.
You can get a terabyte hard drive for about 60 dollars...

Take a picture of the connectors and I can tell you...

Seagate - 80gb 5400rpm serial ata-150 (sata) notebook hard disk drive. 8mb buffer 2.5inch form factor 9.5mm high (st98823as).
