They don't say low rise but they definately look like they are to me. I will have to get something to measure the leg length. I will try to tonight. I am 5'5 and they are too long for me.

I just measured then from the crotch to the end of the leg and it measures 32 inches..I personally have no idea what the means but hope you can interpret it!
