This is a resale. I spent TEN THOUSAND points on this. In the pictures it looked a lot bigger. This is good for bangs or touch ups. My hair is too long and too wavey. It took me 2 hours to get my hair straight with this one but it still wasn't straight enough for me. The woman I got it from is an amazing person! So I didn't want to get refunded.
