Dora the Explorer super cute Kids Swim Vest. This can be used in the pool, boat, or anywhere there is water for your child to be safe and swim. It's a swimmers vest for ages 1 to 5 (depending how big your child is). My daughter has used it for the last 2 years until she learned to swim on her own. In my option it's better then the arm floats. Which can easily pop and or deflate. This vest is made of a sturdy padding. Size is small. Chest size usually runs 23-24 inches. But please remember this is not a life saving vest. You still need to have a small child supervised in any type of waters. If you have any questions please ask.
