Can you please post the laundry instructions? Can this be ironed? Looks pretty well worn, did it come like that?

No it didn't come like that, but it did fade after washing it - and the flash on my camera definitely made it look more faded then it is. (By a lot. I'll try taking another photo.) It can be ironed. And the laundry instructions are: machine wash in cool water - dry on flat surface after removing excess water - turn inside out. It is 97% cotton 3% spandex ....another thing ...I dried it when I washed it and didn't seem to bother it. But you may want that information if you think it lowers its quality. Thanks!
