When you said 17" unstructured and 22" stretched is that for one side? So you would double that for a complete all around measurement? ? Very interested but need clarification please.

That means when I laid the measuring tape across the waist, it was 17"....when I pulled at the elastic and stretched it out it stretched out to 22".
