I absolutely love this bag but the zipper is now damaged and i dont know how to repair it but i figured someone out there could repair it the bag is in great condition the only problem is the zipper and as i pictured the straps are starting to tear a little. The gold heart is scratched, i tried to show the scratches but its so shiny hard to see in picture at some angles u cant see the scratches others you can but it does have quite a few scratches on the heart but i t was scratched when i bought it new and i still had to have it. as i stated before this was my favorite and i hate to just throw it out when someone out there im sure can repair the zipper.The inside is clean no rips or stains.
