I've got tons of loose rhinestones which are perfect for the crafty Listian who wants to get involved in jewelry making! The winner will receive 100 beautiful sparkling rhinestones picked at random.

Oh and the picture doesn't do them justice, have a look at my feedback and you'll see just how happy the previous winners have been with these gorgeous rhinestones! :) Trust me you'll be very happy with your winnings!

All of the pictures after the first...are of the painting I incorporated the rhinestones in. It's the only painting I've done like it so far.

*Please note that the painting is not part of this auction.* However, it is here for your viewing pleasure and I sincerely welcome your comments and input. One of my happy Listia customers suggested that I put it up, but I'm not ready to list it yet. But I would love to hear your thoughts on my artwork. :)

Thank you! I'm flattered that you like it so much. I'm in the process of setting up an online store as well as a paypal account, and once I get that painting listed, among others, I will surely let you know! :) So...what would you suggest is a fair price to list a painting like this? Hehe, what is it worth to you? :)
By the way this is just an abstract splatter paint piece. I'm capable of producing much better than this. If this goes well, I'll put up more of my artwork for viewing and commentary, that way I get a good idea of what people like the most. :)

I love abstract art!! & this is truly a beautiful piece you have created!! What size is the canvas? My sister in law has created some acrylic pieces, mostly of cherry trees & she sells them for anywhere from $100-$300 & she's still in high school!! :P I'm not sure what sizes hers are but they seem pretty big, like a 3x4ft :) I think you should price it on what you feel your work is valued at!! That's how I price my items I make. Based on how long it took me to make, how unique it is, & also what the items to make it cost!

I'm not sure what size it is. At the moment it's still at my parents place. I just moved a month ago and there's just stuff and more stuff still to bring back, but I need to shift some things to make more room.
Anyway, thank you for that info. And for admiring this piece. I'm taking notes. :)

Interesting,,,,It seems as something that needs to be viewed with the right lighting and ambiance. it's trully lost in these re-photos of it...

I know Vinnie. I haven't had the time to take proper photos of my work. Everything's been basement lighting, and on dull says too. Sorry about that. But you're right. To display rhinestones and get the full array of color in the painting it should be taken outdoors. Lucky for you I have an easel now, something I didn't have in the past, so I'll be better prepared for updated pictures on the rest I choose to display. :)

I made some resin charms with them. I also used some of the to repair other pieces of jewelry. I also did a really cool bottle cap pendant where I placed A LOT of them on the inside of the cap & poured clear resin over them. Then after a few hours (when the resin was about half way hardened but still sticky) I placed more on the top so the pretty part was sticking out of the top. My husband calls it sparkle vomit LOL but I think it's pretty cool & a different take on the bottle cap necklaces you see out there. I will post it to my artfire account & send the link so you can see it :P
