It says they light up during day and flash at night like they are sensored when you hit a bump I guess they flash I honestly do not know lol I have never used them

I jonestly have no clue you can google it. In arkansas they are legal and in some states the law is the lights have to be under a certain strength of brightness or under a car or such?
