This is a brand new black rubber band watch that comes in the package we received from store in California. Instructions doesn't come with them so I posted them below. Here are some of the specifics of the watch and setting directions for the watch.
Concise design--A is display button, B is setting button.
Super bright blue LED display shows time, date and week.

Watch Setting Method:
1. Press B button, it displays the current time. Press the B button again, when the fist column is flashing, press A button once, it will increase an hour.
2. Press B button, when the second column (represents "the whole five minutes") and the third column (represents one minute) are flashing, press A button once, it will increase one minute.
3. Press B button, the first column (represents the "month") will flash, at the same time, press A button once, it will increase one month.
4. Press B button, when the second column (represents "the whole five days" ) and the third column (represents one day) are flashing, press A button once, it will increase one day.
5. Press B button, when the first column (represents the "week") is flashing, press A button once, it will increase one day.
6. Press B button to exit the setting function state. Supposed to be water resistant but I have not tested mine.
