1955 coin set in a heart shaped necklace with a certificate of authenticity from the American Historicl Society. I know absolutely nothing about this coin I do not know what country it is from I have no idea what type of metal it is set in except that its silver in color and the date on the back of the coin is 1955. Also on the back of the coin it says Regina Elizabeth ll Del Gratia, I think. The chain is about 23 inches long, in the heart is one and a half inches long and about one and a half inches wide
