thats not a beanie baby because i have over 200 of them and that is not one the tag is not on the toy and there is not a tag on the bottom that says the name just because it has the stuff in it just like a beanie baby does not make it a beanie baby it has to have the swing tag and ty on it

Kathy you might have a stuffed bean bag happy face doll but it is not considered a Beanie Baby unless it is made by a particular company. Beanie Baby is a registered trademark and you could be sued for trying to pass this off as a Beanie Baby. They come with tags on the ear and a tag on the tail end. They have names and birthdates and they are collectable. Many people collect them. By having beanie baby on your title people think you are trying to trick or rip them off. Just letting you know what all the fuss is about.
