Sports Impressions Plate by Artist Cliff Hayes of Magic Johnson signed by Magic. They made quite a few of these but only 5000 platinum versions. This one is numbered 1644/5000. Signed in person by Magic during a Lakers game here in Salt Lake at the ESA Arena. Sorry but I can't remember the date when I got it done.
Comes with full COA with matching numbered hologram from Strattford Authentications , also has matching numbered certificate from Sports Impressions.
For those who haven't purchased from me in the past, I was able to obtain many autographed items, cards, magazines, shoes, and other items during the multiple years I worked in the Locker Room Maintenance Department for the Utah Jazz for a number of years and am basically liquidating my collection except for a few personal items due to space and cost of storing it.
