The listing, NEW! 8GB Micro SD card ==>PLEASE READ<== has ended.

********* PLEASE READ DETAILS *********

Brand new 8GB class 10 Micro SD card with standard sd adapter and a case for them.
The H2testw results are listed below. The card is labeled (mis-labeled?) as 32GB. The actual storage space is 8GB.

I am using an identical card in my Samsung Galaxy S2 and have not had any problems. I was disappointed that they didn't hold the advertised space, but they seem to work fine. It will appear to your device to be a 32GB card.

The media is likely to be defective.

Have u tried formatting it on the pc to see if it's just a random file system on it? Sometimes a format of the card on a pc world with the generic cards, but not always

I've had issues with 32gb cards ordered from China vendors on eBay. The cards were only ever 8gb cards that were rebranded as 32gb cards. It is also programmed to appear as a 32gb storage device on the computer but anything written on this card beyond the 7.2gb your scan turned up will overwrite existing data, otherwise will be corrupted. Bear in mind, if you're using this in a camera, the device will not automatically stop at the 7.2gb point, but will continue writing onto bad sectors.

Also, according to your scan results:
Writing speed: 4.29 MByte/s
Reading speed: 14.1 MByte/s

This card does not even meet the Class 10 standards for write speed. More like Class 4. It's a terrible sham these China sellers are doing, but you should put this information in your description when you decide to pass along one of these cards. It would be uncanny if the buyer lashed back as a result of data corruption at the 7.2gb threshold. Thank you and good luck with your auction.

that's why I put the h2testw results in the auction after someone pointed out that there was the possibility of bad cards and that there was that utility to test them. I find it rather odd that running a windows scandisk shows that the card is fine, but the h2testw results indicates that the card has problems.
