when you say scratched do you mean scratched as in rattled in the case light surface scratching or you can catch your fingernail in it scratch?

Most of them look like a really young kid left loose laying around on a rough surface. They may play, but I would recommend getting them buffed first. I have a play here that buffs them, but they charge $3 per disc. If it wouldn't cost me over $20, I would probably keep them.

so they wont read, i got a digitial innopvations disc doctor. I could win these and fix them up. Though it will not be perfectly buffed, it should work.
