Not positive this is a diamond ring, it was given to me by family~almost positive that they are real diamonds! There are 10 stones in an X setting~the sparkle and clarity is amazing. It is a size 5, and too small for me. I wore it on my pinky a few times, but I'm not really a pinky wearer. The thick band has two grooves, and no discoloration. I can't read fine print and can't find any markings in this ring.
