with Black Flocked Roses, a Black Velveteen

50% Polyester 50% Nylon
The Actual Bust is 32"
The waist is about 27"
There is No Give. The top part and the waist are very Fitted. It runs Small for a Medium & I can Only compare it to a Teen's Size 5/6 or a Women's size 2-4. These are estimates so, please go by the measurements I provided, above.
