Its hard to say what size bottles it fits since there are so many different sizes.
It fits smaller base bottles.
It should stretch over most, though it may be a struggle at first (you don't want to bend over and the bottle fall out or anything so you want it snug), but once the bottle is in, you don't actually need to take it out until its empty:)
