Yet another nose ring I ordered on Edbay that is the wrong gauge! Never opened, 20g star dangle.

Well, that is tough to say. The standard is 20g. Did you get it done at a shop? If so, you could call them and find out what gauge they use. Or search for a gauge chart online. I did mine myself, so mine is a little bigger than 20g.
