The listing, 'Monadenium Guentheri' or Giant Snake Skin Plant has ended.
This plant is in the Euphorbiaceae family. The geometric segmented areas look like snake scales. It comes from eastern Africa, Kenya I think. Thick stems with a thick points (thorn) in the center of each segment. Leaves form from this area also. It does bloom pinkish flowers at top. Only water when dry. I feed mine during the growing season as is pretty common with a lot of these types of plants. The first picture is the plant you are bidding on. It is between 6&7 inches in height.
