Well ive begged for the tracking number since the. 12th the day it ended. My daddy didnt raise an idiot lol i learned a long time ago to cover ur beeehind and always ask questions that are pertinent to the case at hand. Haha. Yeah best of luck to you because I just put in my request for a refund too and it says I have to wait 5 days. Honestly I'd love to have the item, but sellers playing games have no place on Listia if you ask me.

Well i wonder what happens next once u dispute a sale. How do u keep othets from the same thing? It daid they now give het 4 days to respond. I guess thats why they keep up with whats being said in mail to each party. Glad ol potty mouth didnt show up in any of them.

Well, if it's anything like eBay (and I believe it is) then the seller must prove they shipped you the item (via tracking) and that it was shipped to your verified shipping address. If there's nothing for them to show, then you should be able to get your credits back within some set time period. If they claim they ship it but you didn't get it, they need to show it was delivered I think and that the item was the same as described. It's not a perfect system, but I believe that's the gist of it.

I am very creative. I also got so ***** at my camera seller i did disput it. This person mafe me feel like i was being taken advsntage of. can i ask you a question not about your product but about how long you would wait before contested a won item? that camera i can't get the person to nail down a shipping date its been since the 12. she said she was going to ship it yesterday but still no conformation. I ask you because you seem to be down to earth and know the ins-n-outs of this. Don't worry I'm going to find a camera to fit the carrier. yes that is the cart before the horse mentality but that's just me right about now. any advice would be appreciated. Margie

I'm going through something very similar right now. I'm very new to Listia, but I'm going to contest it as soon as I can because there seems to be a fair amount of scammers (going by word of mouth) and I think the sooner you tag them as such the better. Some are just slow sellers/shippers but still, the site is super, super simple and if you can't ship an item within a week that's just lazy in my opinion. Best of luck to both of us.

Hi margiesimms, yes I believe it should. I used it with an SD550 which had the dimensions: 3.5 x 2.2 x 1 inches ; 8 ounces. The Kodak Easyshare (from the Walmart info) is: 3.635 x 1.183 x 2.649. It's slightly larger but not too much so. It may be a tight fit but it should work I would assume :). Good luck!
