I have here a iPhone 4S 32GB, in pic #6 left bottom corner there's a ding, and pic #7 shows a scratch on the apple insignia, other than that there are NO problems or flaws with phone. It is NOT UNLOCKED, it's on Sprint network ONLY.

1) there are 14 days and several hours left on this auction, which would leave you plenty of time to accumulate or purchase credits.
2) I selected my starting bid based on the condition and functionality of my device, so starting bid stays as is.
3) If all you have is 4,400 credits, you might consider searching else where, there are plenty more auctions that have a lower starting bid.
