It is a very pretty dress. I lost weight since I bought it and never got a chance to wear it. I love the fabric texture on this one. Very soft.

At first I thought it was a straight cut dress but I looked closer at the pictures and I see a waist and some material standing out on the sides. Can you tell me what this is, a hanging belt mabe? Thank you. F&W :)
