I got this on here and it does not fit me. It IS new with tag as advertised to me but there are some light faded streaks on the hem. It could possibly be dipped in black dye to bring it all back to one shade (just the hem) The rest of the dress is awesome. It has an empire waist, smocked back, spaghetti straps that can be worn as a halter or tied to the loops on the back. It has a low cut v neck with crocheted lace.100% Rayon.
