I got this HP desktop computer from my sister-in-law it weren't the only problem with it it had software for Windows XP professional and this is a home addition computer so it said that the software was counterfeit, I am moved this computer from my living room to my office and now it will not power up so it was working before I moved it now I turned it on and it won't turn on. This computer can be used for parts it has lots of add-ons a DVD CD writer the monitor has speakers in it's the keyboard and the mouse all of that comes together I don't know what's wrong with it so there's no buyers remorse I'm telling you right now I don't know what's wrong with it it will not power up

hate to say it but it looks sooooo dusty. could be the motherboard has been burnt out. You have to open the tower and get a can of compressed air and clean it up and out and maybe it will again work for you or whoever.

Well I do take paypal, I just packed it up and I am going to give it a rough wait to be about 75 pounds now that may be a little on the heavy side but I figure it's about between 50 and 75 pounds for the entire box that includes packing and everything else like that and it's coming from 93308 so if you want to take that information and put it into the US PS website and then you can figure out about how much it's going to cost to ship from my location to your location

There was an extra hard drive so you have two. I am not sure what size. As I said in the description I can not get it to power up. I moved it from my room into my office and it wouldn't power back up. It's almost like the move bumped something loose. I don't have the money to take it to the shop, but with my luck it's a super easy fix.. Ugg

I had a computer with a problem of turning it on i had to keep pressing the button, try that until it comes on it will eventually it could have a short right there in the connection of the button, lets us know if it works and don't give up sometimes it takes 20 presses of off and on but if the is the problem then you will know! i am watching for now.

Yes I am aware of the switch in the back and I turn it off and turn it on and I hit the button in the front the little light comes on on the below that saying that the hard drive is working but the power button does not light up blue

the reason it will not power on is you hit the power supply switch on the back top of the pc and turned it off.rock the switch in the other position and it will turn on..
